Stacking the shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga’s Reviews and Reading Reality all about sharing the books we are adding to our shelves, whether physical or virtual.
Fates and Furies by Lauren Groff
I’ve heard mixed things about this dual perspective novel about a complicated marriage. I believe the first half is the husband’s account of events, while the second half is by narrated the wife. Their two sides of the story do not match up, and I can’t wait to find out what the differences are. I thought this week’s Kindle deal would be a good time to give this hyped book a try.
What have you been stacking your shelf with lately?
This book does sound intriguing. I hope that you enjoy it!

I really liked this one. Just FYI a lot of people tend to like the second part better than the first, so stick with it, even if it doesn’t grab you at first.

I’ve heard that from other people too. That’s one of the reasons I’m interested in reading it!

I’ve been wanting to read this as well. I grabbed it when it was on sale but forgot to add it.

Fates and Furies has been on my TBR for a while (I swear I see it everywhere on the interwebs!) I have a copy I picked up at my thrift store several weeks ago, but haven’t had time to read it yet. I look forward to hearing what you think of it.
