Here’s some of what I’ve been reading on the Internet this week:

-I can’t believe it’s been a year since the 2016 election. Sometimes it feels like yesterday, and sometimes like ten years ago. This Harper’s Bazaar essay sums up my feelings-both on November 8, 2016 and today-perfectly.

-We should all bookmark these Finalists for the 2017 Comedy Wildlife Photography Awards for when we need a laugh.

-In keeping with Nonfiction November, LitHub discusses The Importance of Nonfiction in the Age of Fake News.

This Smithsonian article about the 1918 Flu Pandemic is incredibly interesting. Don’t forget to get your seasonal flu shot!!

-Tis the season to find the perfect advent calendar. What could be better than one that’s filled with tea? Town and Country has compiled a list of the 11 Best Tea Advent Calendars¬†sure to make 25 delicious cuppas.
