As per usual, the week after Christmas has seen some amazing ebook deals. And readers, I took advantage of a few of them…
I’m beyond excited to finally have a copy of The Hate U Give by Angie Thomas. This important book has received tons of rave reviews from the blogosphere and beyond, and has appeared on countless “Best Books of the Year” lists. I plan to read THUG very soon, and I’m sure it will live up to all the hype!
The Alice Network by Kate Quinn is another 2017 release I’ve been wanting to read. This historical fiction novel about female spies in WWI and WWII sounds right up my alley.
And lastly, I got the ebook of Sophie Kinsella‘s latest, My Not So Perfect Life. I enjoy a lot of Kinsella’s standalone novels-they’re perfect when I’m in the mood for something light and fun.

I’ve always wondered about Kinsella’s booksfor light reading. I think I’ll try one when I need a quick fun book! Also, yay for THUG!

They can be perfect light reading for sure. I think my favorite Kinsella novel would still have to be Can You Keep a Secret?, and I’ve Got Your Number is a fun and quick read.

I enjoyed My (Not So) Perfect Life. It was light and silly, which is what I was looking for at the time.

I have The Gate You Give but haven’t read it yet. I did get Dear Martin for Christmas and at read it. It was really good. I’ve snatched up some ebook deals too.

The Hate U Give has gotten lots of praise and has been on my radar for a while, i was sadly working when it was on sale and didn’t make it in time to snag it. Hope you enjoy all your goodies! My Shelf

For some reason, my in-between-the-holidays week has been surprisingly deal-free
I don’t get it! Am I just missing them xD I’ll have to take a better look because those are nice grabs 🙂

I am, but most of those are just weird cheap books I don’t care about 😂 I guess maybe the deals are different in my region.

Ugh, so true about all the weird/cheap books on all the ebook deal alerts! I swear for every 50 books I have zero interest there is 1 book I’d actually like to read.
