Here’s some of what I’ve been reading on the Internet lately:
-I was heartbroken to learn of the passing of Kate Spade this week. There have been some lovely tributes making the rounds, and I wanted to share this piece by the Fug Girls: Kate Spade Was Every Woman’s Entry to Adulthood.
-Bookbub looks at 9 Book-to-Movie Adaptations Coming This Summer. I’m especially excited about The Little Stranger and The Seagull. What about you?
-Another nine item bookish list: 9 Newsletters About Books That Every Reader Will Look Forward to Seeing in Their Inbox (via Bustle).
-I haven’t been able to bring myself to watch Season Two of The Handmaid’s Tale yet. I’ve heard it’s even bleaker than the first. Stylist discusses the real-life events that inspired Atwood’s novel.
-Racked has an excellent series of articles titled “The Size Conversation”, featuring discussions about inclusive sizing, body positivity, and representation in the fashion world.
-These 20 Protein-Packed Recipes from The Everygirl made me hungry. I’m in a bit of a food slump at the moment, and look forward to trying a few of these soon.
What have you been reading on the Internet this week?
Really looking forward to the Fahrenheit 451 adaptation because I like Michael B. Jordan. And, having lived in Singapore for 2 years, I’m really excited for crazy Rich Asians. 😀

Coincidentally, I discovered 1 of the recommended 9 Newsletters About Books just an hour ago! Literary Hub has a thought-provoking article by Aminatta Forma called “The Truth About Fiction vs. Nonfiction” https://lithub.com/the-truth-about-fiction-vs-nonfiction/ . Good for readers or writers.
