Brideshead Revisited has been on my TBR for years now and I’m very excited to finally read this classic. I have a feeling I’m going to love it. Needless to say, I’m very happy with the results.

Have you read Brideshead Revisited? If you participated in the #CCSpin which book will you be reading?

    1. Thanks, Christina! Glad you’re happy with your spin pick. I’ve never actually read The Little Prince, so I’ll be looking forward to your review too!

  1. Glad you got one you’re looking forward to! I haven’t read it but maybe you’ll convince me I must when you review it… 😀 I got The Postman Always Rings Twice which might be great, or might not… time will tell!

  2. I have read Brideshead but it’s so long ago I hardly remember it. I’d never seen the TV series so didn’t know what to expect (I really should watch it sometime!). It was more melancholy than I expected.

And the spin has chosen Whisky Galore by Compton Mackenzie so I’m delighted, it sounds like a fun book.

    1. It does sound like a melancholy or even an autumnal novel. Hope you enjoy Whisky Galore. I know nothing about it, so look forward to seeing your review!

  3. I bought it in 2004, in the summer before I went up to university, which seemed like an excellent time to read it. 14 years later, I’ve read five novels by Waugh… but still not this one!
