24 in 48 Readathon Master Post

January really is the perfect month for readathons. I’m so excited to participate in one of my favorites on this cold and dreary weekend: the 24 in 48 Readathon.

I’m not going to attempt to read for the full 24 hours, but I do plan on completing several challenges and reading as much as possible.

Below you’ll find all my updates over the course of the readathon

My 2019 TBR Pile Challenge List

The 2019 TBR Pile Challenge is hosted by Adam at Roof Beam Reader, with the goal of reading the books that have been languishing on our shelves. The challenge is to read and review 12 unread books that have been on your shelf for more than a year, during the 12 months of 2019.

Classics Club Spin List #19

In just a few hours, the Classics Club Spin #19 will be chosen. I’m slipping my list in just in time!

On Tuesday, November 27th, a number from 1-20 will be chosen and I will then have until January 31st, 2019 to read the book from my list that corresponds with that number.

I’ve included a lot of “chunkier” novels this time around, but there are a few shorter ones thrown in as well. I’m not sure which one to hope for, but I’m looking forward to seeing which one gets picked…

Dewey’s 24 Hour and Autumn Readathons

There are not one, but two exciting readathons that kick off this Saturday, October 20th!

The first is the well-known Dewey’s 24 Hour Readathon. I don’t think I’ll be able to read as much as I’d like to on Saturday, but I couldn’t not participate to some degree in one of my favorite reading/blogging events.

Luckily, there’s a second readathon that will run until Friday, October 26th. Booktuber Mercedes of MercysBookishMusings is hosting an Autumn Readathon that features six fun prompts.

I’m looking forward to squeezing in as much reading as I can over this next week.

Here’s what I’m planning to pick up:
